Returns Policy 

For purchases made through project-petite.co.uk we offer a no quibble returns policy, just return your item(s) within 14 days of receipt, we’ll give you back the amount you paid for the item (see postage and packing cost terms) or offer an exchange, whichever you prefer, no questions asked. If 14 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. However this does not affect your statutory rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed goods.

If you are sending your order back to us,The garment label must still be attached to the unworn garment and folded inside its original packaging.

If an item is returned that has clear signs of wear, it will be sent back to you and you will not receive a refund. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

When returning goods which you bought using a discount or offer, we will adjust the refund accordingly if you fall below the discount/offer threshold, as that discount or offer will no longer apply.

All items must be returned within 14 days of the order being received.

Once your return is received and inspected we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

How long will it take for me to receive my refund?

It my take up to 5/7  days in busy periods.


Postage and Packaging costs 

Return postage is the responsibility of the purchaser (unless the item is confirmed as faulty). We suggest returning with some record of posting (e.g. signed for or recorded delivery) just in case the postal service mislays the package. Original postage costs will not be refunded nor will any responsibility be accepted for items lost in transit
